Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Critical Infrastructure Sectors

£24,000 – £26,000/annum + uncapped commission 

Realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) for your first year £40,000 – £60,000/annum

We’re growing our team and are looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join us. 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Building relationships with clients and candidates 

• Matching the right people with the right opportunities 

• Learning valuable skills in sales, negotiation, and business development 

• Developing your own client portfolio and becoming their go-to recruitment expert 

• Working towards targets and earning uncapped commission on every placement
