What You’ll Be Doing: 

  • Winning new business – developing opportunities with new and existing clients 
  • Building and nurturing long-term client partnerships 
  • Negotiating contracts and delivering bespoke recruitment solutions 
  • Becoming deeply embedded in the Data Centre world – including attending events across the UK and internationally 
  • Travelling regularly across the UK and Europe to meet clients face-to-face 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Proven experience in business development or recruitment (360 recruiters ready for a client-focused role, we want to hear from you!) 
  • A natural relationship builder with the drive to succeed 
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills 
  • Someone who thrives on being out in the field, representing our brand 
  • Data Centre industry knowledge is a bonus – but not a dealbreaker!
