What You’ll Be Doing:
- Winning new business – developing opportunities with new and existing clients
- Building and nurturing long-term client partnerships
- Negotiating contracts and delivering bespoke recruitment solutions
- Becoming deeply embedded in the Data Centre world – including attending events across the UK and internationally
- Travelling regularly across the UK and Europe to meet clients face-to-face
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development or recruitment (360 recruiters ready for a client-focused role, we want to hear from you!)
- A natural relationship builder with the drive to succeed
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Someone who thrives on being out in the field, representing our brand
- Data Centre industry knowledge is a bonus – but not a dealbreaker!
