- Working closely with clients and account managers to understand hiring needs
- Sourcing top-tier candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, our database, and creative methods
- Screening, qualifying, and managing candidates through the interview process
- Building strong relationships with candidates and maintaining a great candidate experience
- Working at pace – juggling multiple roles across the UK and Europe
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruitment experience preferred but not essential – we’re open to people from customer service, sales, or resourcing backgrounds
- A people person with strong communication skills

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Winning new business – developing opportunities with new and existing clients
