£25,000 – £30,000/annum + uncapped commission 

Realistic On Target Earnings (OTE) for your first year £40,000 – £60,000/annum

We’re growing our team and are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join us in a supportive environment where hard work and results are recognised. 

 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Taking ownership of a warm desk within one of our four critical infrastructure sectors, building on existing client relationships while developing new ones 
  • Managing the full 360 recruitment process – from business development and job qualification to offer management and placement 
  • Partnering with decision-makers to deliver consultative solutions, not just fill jobs 
  • Expanding your personal brand and client portfolio, becoming the go-to recruiter in your niche 
  • Driving performance against clear targets and earning uncapped commission on every successful placement

Salary: negotiable depending on experience

Experience

  • At least 4 years’ experience as a consultant, ideally to have managed a team
  • To be a specialist in your market
  • Ability to lead from the front and by example
