Charity – caring for what’s important
Rowans Hospice and Bowel Cancer UK are two charities close to our hearts, with the major impact they have had on our lives.
Over the last few years, we have held and taken part in a range of fundraising activities, raising thousands of pounds for the charities and their vital work.
From cake sales to the Three Peaks challenge, our team members get involved in all sorts of ways to raise money. Equally, they commit their time and effort into supporting local people with our regular volunteering days. Each quarter, everyone helps the local community with tasks including cleaning playgrounds, building adventure trails at Itchen Valley, beach cleans, and working closely with schools at career days to help children with all they need for their future.
We are committed to giving back, we view having a positive impact on the local community as an integral part of what we do and our core values here.

Elle Stephenson
Hi, I’m Elle, pronounced Elle with an ‘IE’
Don’t blame me, blame my sister – she named me!
I have been in recruitment for way longer than I like to admit sometimes, but I genuinely love it.
Recruiting recruiters is something I love. Mainly because most recruiters are a challenge… sorry not sorry!
I grew up with my older sister, my mum and my niece, Gracie that came along when I was 14 years old. My family are everything to me, I don’t take any time I get to spend with them for granted.
My passion is travelling and listening to country music – I’ve even been to Nashville and Elvis’s house in Memphis!
I love hearing different stories, no one’s background is the same and I have a lot of time for people that want to do well for themselves.
3 things to expect from speaking to me in our initial conversation
– I have no filter
– I am nothing but honest, sometimes to my detriment
– I speak from the heart!
